Strength and Agility

As a part of the Program each athlete will perform an assessment to identify any muscle imbalances. By first identifying muscle imbalances and then creating a program that addresses those imbalances, athletes will gain strength, agility, speed, mobility, and awareness. These characteristics will help each athlete be more successful and will also help reduce the risk of injury.

Summer programs

We will be offering Rec Leagues, Competitive Clinics, Camps, and Private Lessons for all ages this summer.

These programs will be offered in June and July Monday through Thursday

Girls' Open Gym

starting the month of OCTOBER on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00pm to 8:30pm

for 14 and unders

$5 per person
