youth volleyball skills clinic

Club seasons have started and we are now able to start our 6-week volleyball skills clinics! These clinics, taught by our Club Coaches, will run for an hour and a half on Fridays focusing on technical skills such as passing, setting, hitting, and serving. It is the perfect opportunity for boys and girls to keep up on their touches and improve their game.   January 13th: Fridays from 5:00pm - 6:30pm

Strength and Agility

As a part of the Program each athlete will perform an assessment to identify any muscle imbalances. By first identifying muscle imbalances and then creating a program that addresses those imbalances, athletes will gain strength, agility, speed, mobility, and awareness. These characteristics will help each athlete be more successful and will also help reduce the risk of injury.
