The goals of the Strength and Agility Program are:

  • for athletes to gain strength in areas that will have the most productive impact on their volleyball performance
  • to increase speed and agility
  • to provide athletes with a fundamental knowledge of sports nutrition so that they can perform at their highest level on game days and recover between matches

Information
As a part of the Program each athlete will perform an assessment to identify any muscle imbalances. By first identifying muscle imbalances and then creating a program that addresses those imbalances, athletes will gain strength, agility, speed, mobility, and awareness. These characteristics will help each athlete be more successful and will also help reduce the risk of injury

The summer is a great way to gain an advantage over other athletes. My coach always told us that the season is already half way over on the first day of practice. Put in the work others do not have the discipline to do in the off-season. Make things happen!
