Session in progress - Registration Closed

Due to the high demands for our Academy, we have decided to do a 5-week session prior to our season starting in January. This session will cater to girls and boys, ages 7-12. Our Academy will be ran by Wade Tanner, who has over 20 years experience of playing and coaching volleyball. He, and his amazing coaching staff of experienced club/school coaches, will be running 2 practices a week and holding 3 Saturday tournaments during this 5-week session. East Side Blaze Academy is designed for players who have experience with school or rec league volleyball. This is a fundamentals, building block league that introduces boys and girls to competitive volleyball with weekly practices and cross-club tournament. Players will be coached by experienced East Side Blaze coaches and club alumni. 

*The Academy includes two 1.5 hour practices per week at the Barney Family Sports Complex from January to the end of April.

*Our 2023 season will hold practices on Mondays & Wednesdays from 4-5:30pm, starting on Monday, January 2nd and ending on Wednesday, April 26th. 

*Ages 7-12, with special volleyballs and training to help our mini athletes learn the game. More advanced training for our 10-12 year olds.

*The cost of the Academy is $800. This can be paid in full or can be paid in 4 installments of $200. Season fees include a program shirt, 34 practices by our experienced and certified club coaches, 2 in-house tournaments/games a month, as well as a fun competitive environment of learning and advancing each athlete's game.

At this time, we won't be holding tryouts for Academy. However, if our interest list grows to more than what we can allow, we will be capping the participants and will create a waiting list for any drop-outs.
